Yes! We prioritise durability and comfort. All of our pieces are tarnish-resistant and hypoallergenic, making them suitable for sensitive skin. Feel free to continue to use your favourite perfume or lotion, without having to take your Hania jewellery off.
4. Is there any warranty on The Hania jewellery?
Absolutely! We stand by the quality of our jewellery, which is why every piece from The Hania is covered by a one-year warranty. This warranty applies to all purchases made directly from The Hania and covers any manufacturing defects under normal use.
If an item is found to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we’ll replace it free of charge with the same design. If an exact replacement isn’t available, we’ll offer an alternative of equal value or a similar style.
Any replacement piece will come with a new one-year warranty starting from the date of issue.
5. What is not included in the warranty?
Lost or stolen items.
Normal wear and tear, mishandling, or inadequate care.
Damage resulting from repairs or modifications by a third party.
